Hola – we’re Tamara and Yafet, the couple behind Amarya Homes.

We’re in our early 30s, originally from Germany, and recently made the move to beautiful southern Spain to build a life closer to the sea, to nature, and to our roots.

I, Tamara, have a Spanish mother and Portuguese father, and I’ve always felt a deep connection to the Mediterranean way of life – its rhythm, warmth, and beauty.

For years, we dreamed of living here. Now we’re finally making it real – with a business that reflects our values and passions.

With Amarya Homes, we support homeowners along the Costa Cálida with full-service property management. From guest check-ins to cleaning, keyholding, maintenance, and even interior styling – we take care of holiday homes with heart, precision, and reliability.

We speak five languages – German, English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Turkish – and bring with us years of experience in customer service, organization, and hospitality.

We’re down-to-earth, solution-oriented, and always ready to lend a hand – exactly the kind of people we would want to trust with our own home.

We created Amarya Homes to combine what we do best: caring for people, paying attention to detail, and creating spaces where guests feel truly welcome – and homeowners feel completely at ease.
